Initial meeting to discuss rental valuation, legal obligations relating to statutory obligations, necessary works and marketing.
Agree an online/office marketing strategy
MARKETING
Match potential tenants to property in line with your requirements
Carry out accompanied viewings of the property giving notice to any existing tenants
TENANCY PREPARATION
Negotiate tenancy terms and conditions
Use a third party referencing agency to credit score and take up references. Where necessary, and with your agreement, take additional references for a Guarantor if required
Prepare appropriate tenancy agreement
Organise the preparation of an independent Inventory and Schedule of Condition £175.00 inc VAT £175.00 inc VAT
Collect initial monies in cleared funds – typically one months’ rent plus the equivalent as a deposit
Supervise the signing of the tenancy agreement on your behalf
Supervise the handing over the appropriate number of keys to the tenant
