Alex has worked in the property industry for over 25 years and originally joined Davies & Partners in 1998 when he left the RAF. He later became a Partner in 2014. He has a background in property dispute resolution and a passion for all things legal. Alex advises new and existing clients on property purchases, sales, lettings and helps clients find the right buy to let property. Outside of work Alex can be found playing ultimate frisbee, enjoying the outdoors and walking his dog, Freddie.
Royston has been working in property industry for 30 years and joined Davies & Partners in 2006, later becoming a Partner in 2014. He has dealt with hundreds of clients in and around Brackley and has a wealth of knowledge on every aspect of the property sale process, and the sale of land for development. Outside of work Royston spends time with his family and is a very keen triathlete competing in competitions around the country.
Samantha deals with all our sales progressing and liaises with clients, solicitors, and other parties in the sales process. She has a keen eye for detail and oversees our compliance tasks. Outside of work Sam loves spending time with her family, keeping fit and looking after her two dogs.
Sarah deals with all our sales admin tasks. She is super organised and keeps us all in check. You’ll likely speak to Sarah when booking in viewings, completing contract and compliance documents. Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog.
Colin predominantly deals with lettings. If there is a problem to be solved, Colin will solve it. With a wealth of property experience Colin advises landlords and tenants alike on tenancy related matters. Outside of work Colin spends time with his family, doing DIY and walking his dog.
Ros deals with all the accounting functions of the business from paying landlords and contractors, dealing with deposit returns, and doing the VAT return. She also prepares all the tenancy paperwork for new tenancies and for renewals. Outside of work there isn’t a day that goes by when she doesn’t go to the gym.
Mary deals with lettings administration alongside Ros. She is a keen gardener and has a fantastic knowledge of all things 'Brackley'.
